Booking Process
You submit a booking request via our booking form or WhatsApp with your city, the product you want, and the quantity. We confirm availability, send a booking acknowledgment, and coordinate the rest via WhatsApp. There are no instant checkouts — every booking is handled personally.
Payment and booking terms are discussed directly via WhatsApp during the confirmation process. We do not publish fixed advance payment amounts publicly — terms are agreed per booking.
Yes — you can submit our booking form on the Contact page. However, the coordination of logistics, confirmation, and final details is handled via WhatsApp for efficiency and documentation purposes.
Availability
Isabel Brahma Chicks and Fertile Isabel Brahma Eggs are currently available on advance booking. Light Columbian, Blue Columbian, and BSO Brahma are currently out of stock — you can join respective waitlists on those product pages.
Availability timelines vary based on current batch status and demand. When you submit a booking request, we will provide an honest timeline estimate. We do not give guaranteed dates that we cannot meet.
We cannot provide a publicly committed timeline for out-of-stock varieties. Joining the waitlist is the best way to be notified promptly when they become available. Waitlist members are contacted before general availability opens.
Fertile Eggs
No. We do not make hatch rate guarantees. Hatch rates depend on incubation equipment, temperature consistency, humidity management, and operator experience — all factors beyond our control after eggs leave our care. We ensure eggs are collected from fertile pairs and handled properly before dispatch.
Eggs are packaged with appropriate cushioning to minimise vibration and impact during transport. Specific packaging details and transport considerations are discussed when finalising your booking.
Allow eggs to rest at room temperature for 12–24 hours after transport before placing in an incubator. This allows air cells to stabilse after handling. Set your incubator to appropriate temperature (37.5°C standard) and humidity levels before beginning incubation.

Pickup from Garden Town, Lahore is the standard option. Coordinated dispatch to other cities is possible depending on the product and logistics — this is discussed and agreed during the booking confirmation stage. We do not offer a blanket nationwide delivery service.
